DF Party - terms and conditions

Whilst every effort is made to maintain our prices "D & F Party" reserve the right to adjust prices when necessary.
All sizes and measurements are approximate.
All samples will be charged for and are non-returnable. No goods are ever sent on an "On Approval Basis".
All prices are subject to VAT at the current rate.
The Company's price list does not constitute an offer and no contract shall come into being until an invoice for the goods ordered has been raised.
Accounts are opened by prior arrangement and will be strictly 30 days net. D & F Party Ltd reserve the right to add interest of 8% above Bank of England base rate to overdue accounts. An additional administration fee will be added to all late payments. Persistent late payment will result in credit facilities being withdrawn. All others are strictly pro forma. Credit accounts may be put on hold due to late payment.
"D & F Party" will use its best endeavours to deliver at times stated, but will not be liable for any delays caused through no fault of their own.
With regards to all party packs, we reserve the right to alter contents whilst maintaining value.
All claims regarding shortage, non-delivery or damaged goods must be notified within 3 days of invoice date and notified in writing within 7 days, otherwise the claim will not be recognised. All damaged cartons must be signed for as damaged otherwise claims will not be accepted.
All goods remain the property of "D & F Party" until full payment is received.
Delivery Charges UK Mainland:
Carriage will be charged on all orders under �200.00 excluding VAT irrespective of stock availability. N.Ireland and Offshore islands charged at cost.
Returns:
Goods supplied correctly as ordered cannot be returned for credit. No goods may be returned or will be accepted without the prior consent from a duly authorised representative of the Company.
Mail Order/Credit Cards:
Mastercard, Visa, Maestro and Solo accepted. A small surcharge will be made on orders under �200.00.
